I am on a project that has a LiteTouch 5000 processor. You can look on a local iPad or remote, or you can look at it off site on an iPhone and occasionally you will see feedback saying lights are on in the house when nothing is on. Frustrating for the client, thinking they left lights on. If you push the button several times it will resync. I am staying at the house for a week to evaluate, so far no light has come on by itself, but feedback will say a light is on...........
Anybody ever experience this?

Are you using a control system or the litetouch app?
Have never used the LT app but for RTI's driver, it will not show status of a load until that load has changed state after the RTI boot up. Are you resetting processors(LT or control system) on a daily or weekly timer for any reason? We only use RTI for control and have not ever seen an issue like you describe on any LT projects.
If it's all from LT app, and they all show false info, could it be mislabeled? Is it always the same loads?
