For you guys doing security systems - where are you getting the carbonless forms that clients sign off on with all the legal stuff? I am having a hard time finding these forms? Thanks in advance!

Do not use the monitoring stations contract. It protects them not you and is worthless in a sale. Go to alarmcontracts.com. Ken kirschenbaum is the expert in this, and if you ever get sued demand your insurance carrier uses him

Eric beat me to it. Free contracts from the monitoring station can be great guidelines but for the real deal, fork out a few hundred bucks at alarmcontracts.com

Julie, where do you see ones for 'few hundred bucks'?

I agree, that it's better to not have one at all, than to have one that's poorly written, or just wrong.

At a bare minimum do the monitoring for 375. The All in one is best though.

We do some account buying and without a contract the multiple I pay goes way down, and a central station contract is just like none
