I have a 5 zone sprinkler system for my house that is controlled by a standard sprinkler controller that outputs 24vac to each zone to turn the zone on.

i have seen plenty of relays that are meant for 24vac but i don't have enough trigger outputs on my control system (URC MRX10) to trigger 5 zones.

are there any relays or relay boards that can be triggered by IR, RS232, or IP that can handle 24vac?

how about this piece from RTI?

it says it can handle 28vdc.  could it handle 24vac as well?
