Hello. I have an mx-980 remote. I got from a relative as a gift who owns a high end home theatre/audio video company but lives out of state. I have the software and consider myself pretty computer savvy, but am kind of lost on programming. I have uploaded a file to remote that he thought would work all of my macros, but does not. Any chance to get a little tutorial on programming? I could screen share if possible if you would so be able. Thanks much

The URC MX980 is a dealer programmed device. The person/dealer that gave you the software should provide support.
You should call your relative.

Hey Curtis,
Welcome to the forum. I've been in the same spot as you and would be happy to help you out where I can with programming your remote.
Feel free to PM me your Skype username and I'll add you next time I'm at my desk.
