We recently decriminalized pot in Washington state.

This weekend there will be a big event called "Hempfest".

I swear to god this is no joke: The Seattle police will be there handing out like 10,000 bags of Doritos!!!!

On the bags will be printed details of the WA St. pot laws...

...No, I won't be going there...

The police handing out Doritos to potheads. Upside down world is upside down.
(For the record I don't smoke weed but am pro legalization).

i'm for legalizing it also. it makes no sense why the US does not regulate it like alcohol or tobacco. its legal in some form in 19 states now. http://www.mpp.org/ and here is their ad

The only reason I quit smoking is that I got too old to "know a guy". I was never interested in ending up on an episode of cops while trying to buy from strangers so I just quit.

It should be regulated more like tomatoes.

Actually many people will be or have been set free. Pretty amazing. A lot of peoples lives have been ruined for smoking a little of the green and getting caught.

Think of the thousands and thousands of people sitting in jails or prisons for possession of this herb.

Not sure if it was Nixon or Reagan that categorized pot with cocaine and heroin.

Change has come (to Washington). I never thought I'd see the day, myself.

I hate the stuff, but am happy that the laws have changed.
