You can tell the whole thing is a fake...

Univ of Alabama... Computer... You've got to be kidding. They are alleging that she knew how to get them on the computer in the first case?

Its not that they took private info, its that someone who couldn't fix her own computer and brought it to BB now WORKS for GS!

I can't find it now, but have you guys actually seen what they charge for their services?
More times than not I'm cheaper than they are and with me you don't have to call some 800 number wondering where the guy is or why he can't get things to work.
