Niles sells the to authorized dealers. I take it you aren't one.

The best advice, if you want to do AV, become a dealer and goto the training classes.

That was a helpful answer. I'm sorry that you didn't see it as one. How about some more help? Are you ready? Learn to use punctuation. Periods and commas go a long way in helping people understand what you are trying to say. Besides, they do a great job of helping you not sound like a moron.

Now, back to your statement, how would "everyone" know that you are just looking to add a unit to your own home? You never said in your earlier posts, so are we just to assume this?

If you want to add more Niles products to your system, then you should really be dealing with a Niles Dealer. They would be able to install, program and service your system and take care of these issues for you. The products they sell you would have their full factory warranties. They would have access to the latest firmware updates. These are just some of the things available to dealers that are not available to the general public.

As I said in your other thread,

Good luck

Well in that case lets get you all setup.......

Seriously I would help if I could. Have you read the threads about how crappy our paying clients are, you think we really want to help for sport?

Call the company that is 150 miles away. I bet they have a local contact for you. If that company went under I bet my wife's car their installers are still out there banging out jobs.

I would suggest you contact the local rep and find out who they recommend.
