i couldnt find anywhere it said it was using android OS, but whether it does or doesnt, i meant it is definitely not a googletv device.

Wouldn't the fact that the piece has the android droid silk screened on the top of it be a good indicator?

also, it is not a googletv device. it runs android OS but is not a GTV product.
