We don't do too much Android integration, but when we do it usually involves On Cntrols and a Roku. The Roku is very limited, the quality sucks, and there are all kinds of HDCP issues. Does anyone make a box similar to the appleTV that gives pretty much the same functionality as the AppleTV? Wireless mirroring? Boxee? Xmbc?

 Just use an AppleTV.

You can control AppleTV with the DoubleTwist  and TwistTo apps for Droid.  That way when you finally come to the realization that things are just better with an iPhone, you won't have to buy a new device..(I couldn't resist)

Whats Limited? It Has Way More Apps\Channels Has Amazon And Vudu, Atv Does Not
Never Had A hdcp Issue, Yet Anyway
I Believe If You Want Xbmc On The Atv You Need To Jailbreak It
Oh And The Roku Has 3rd partyIp Control That The Atv Does Not
Quality wise it has a fewer issues than my Apple TV And Offers More

I do like the Netflix interface on the ATV better though

Anything on the iPad or iPhone can be mirrored to the TV, so the amount of stuff you can stream is almost endless. Plus with airplay, you can do even better quality streaming. I don't need 3rd party control, just looking for something with the same features. And I have had boatloads of problems with the Roku having HDCP issues with matrix switches, Integra receivers, Onkyo, Baluns and HD baseT.

HDMI issues and onkyo Integra go hand in hand

the newer gtv boxes are pretty sick! mac you should at least try one before you knock it.

the only thing that appletv does better is airplay. which i love on my appletv, but i love my gtv too! gtv is actually a much more funhctio0nal piece. you can 0do a crapload more with it.
