I'm looking for an alternative to Bretford carts. The carts need to have a lockable cabinet and adjustable TV height. The TV's will be 46"LED's. Anyone know of another reputable company out there?

If Bretford carts are anything like their screens, you will be disappointed.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

That could be why he is looking for an alternative.

Talking to their customer support will be disappointing too, if Rhonda is still there. What a biatch!

Just a cart for the TV, or do you need it to have space for other rack-mounted equipment? I used an Omni RE18 and for the money, it was a great deal. I needed to mount a 42" Pioneer commercial plasma, so I bought a mount that attaches to the rear of a cabinet (the flat panel mount in this link).

The Onmi has a 2-1/4" x 12-ish" slot on top and bottom for cabling, so I screwed one 2RU blank panel to the rear rails close to the top and another close to the bottom, using the pre-drilled holes in the legs to through-bolt the mount to the blanks. It not only allowed me to use the rear panel as intended (I really didn't want to attach the mount to the rear and have to go in through the removable side panels to wire it up), it also keeps the TV inside of the footprint of the casters. For more stationary installations, it comes with heavy-duty adjustable feet, too.
