I'm contemplating a Lenovo. I have a Sony now and it's a POS. I hate this computer. Nothing but problems, so personally I would pass based on my experience.

Dude!! I love my Sony. One of the keys broke after warranty, and without even bitching, Sony sent someone to my house to replace the keyboard. They are horrible about supporting their dealers, but they are very nice to end users...at least that has been my experience. I personally like the Sony Build Quality. My laptop is now 4 years old and I still do all kinds of graphics design, etc and it works better than my brand new Dell that cost $550.

So, did you buy the Sony yet? I've been contemplating the Lenovo T or X series and then you had to post about Sony. I've had a Sony Tower for about 9 years now that i've only had to replace a power supply in, but I've never used their laptops.

The stats look compelling but I would really need to see it in person. I now the Lenovo has a better history in the market but Sony can make some good gear when they want to.
