the only thing apple about it is that it has an apple app and that apple sells it
there is an android app as well
the system is cool but they have not officially released an API. they keep talking about it though.. there are a bunch of sites that show how to talk to their zigbee bridge.
i have it working on Control4 but would never release it since Philips API is not official.
