I have a few cases that are more like crates on wheels. I am looking for a source for foam that I can put in the crates and take out what foam I need to fit the equipment.

Be aware that you want to use closed cell foam, also known as photo foam.

In the Minneapolis area, there was a store called A-1 Foam Rubber that sold that product (I worked there while in high school).

Contact a company that makes road cases for musicians.
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."

I use Kaizen Foam for all my containers. I think 3ped would agree that it rocks.

Check out my Systainers thread for pics.
