Well, just the other day, I was talking with a co-worker about buying a new tv. I had noticed mutt dlp showing signs that the lamp was on its way out. Sure enough, Saturday morning it would not turn on. Dead lamp. I decided that was it. Time to upgrade. I ended up with a Panny 55UT50 plasma. I got a pretty good closeout deal but I think I was about a month to late to get the best deals. So far I am loving it!

Next up will be sound upgrades. Oddly enough, just 2 days before the tv died, my audioengine a5 speakers stopped working! I am thinking SONOS play bar, but we will see how it pans out. If I end up going that route, I think I might try out the new dvdo quick six hdmi switch for more inputs.
