Where do you guys buy your fiber converters? I need to do ethernet and analog cameras in an out-building. All my local distributors do not seem to know much about them. I have done fiber HDMI, but never anything like this.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I know there is a converter for Ethernet, but I am not aware of a converter for analog camera signals. Here is a link on Amazon. [Link: amazon.com]

We have used the startech brand of fiber to ethernet units with great results. They have them at several different levels and pricepoints. Single-Mode and Multi-Mode with varying distance capabilities. Most of ours have been for estate projects that connected multiple buildings for network access. We had one that connected to a gate for a callbox, gate release, and axis camera that was about 3 miles away from our head end(600 acre property). I don't recall where they came from, it may have been from startech directly.
The analog camera makes things a little more difficult. There are convertors that will take composite video to fiber but requires a fiber drop per camera. It is much easier(less complicated and less money) to use network cameras and run everything over one fiber ethernet connection.
