1st Site - DL was 3.24, UL was 3.42
2nd Site - DL was 8.32, UL was 16.87

Speedtest.net - DL was 10.67, UL was 16.94

A few nights ago, very late at night I ran speedtest.net and my results were -
DL was 28.34, UL was 28.07
