That's what I saw on the DirecTV forums. Is the included remote IR/RF?

As far as I know the RF remotes must be special ordered.  Last time I looked they were $20.   Things could've changed, but I believe I'm right on this.

The remote included with the C31 is an IR model. The RF antenna is built into the C31.

The remote shipped with the C31's is the RF......look on the back it should have an FCC sticker

A customer who just had it installed got IR remotes with this three boxes. Others have gotten RF. So much for a consistant biz model.

Now we just need a model that has a built in off-air tuner and antenna...and the same exact model but without the built-in antenna. Customers are really interested in these details.
