This just begs for any number of smartass answers. Let me be serious, though. Your post did not mention where you are, not even down to the continent. Your profile is equally void. And you're asking where?

"Where" would be the closest sign company, or your garage, or though Amazon.

Have you investigated the legal ramifications of putting such a sign in a yard?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

We use safetysign.com The site is mainly safety related signs, but their customization tools made it easy to whip up a sign in no time. You can then order the sign in multiple sizes on several different materials. We go for the reflectorized aluminum.

We use 1/2" conduit as stakes, a couple screws and it's done. Not cheap, but we're not a super high volume company so no big deal.

My handle is Tweety but I have nothing to do with the organization of similar name. I just had a really big head as a child so folks called me tweety bird.

Around here, Home Depot has some steel stakes with a flat mounting surface in the construction department. I'd think if you were in a windy place that a sign might tweak back and forth on a conduit and become loose.

You mean, other than a sign that has "Property covered by surveillance cameras"? ADI has those.
