I really like Sonos quite a bit. But for God's sake these people don't grasp the concept of delivery.
I ordered a Play 3 and Bridge on Jan. 30. (2 Day Delivery). That's an extra cost just in case you didn't know.
Today is Feb 4. 2-Day Delivery would mean that it showed up on Friday Feb. 1
What I've received is "partial" delivery. Which means I have a Bridge. If that Bridge could play me a little diddy. I'd be just fine. But it can't because it's a Bridge and NOT! a Play 3.
The following day Thursday Jan. 31. I ordered 4 Connect Amps. They showed up at 3pm today and were installed by 4pm.
But still no Play 3.
WTF?
If I'm going to pay extra to get it here....at least get it here...Now I have to call and complain about how I'm paying extra and still can't get product?

They were out of stock till February 1st on the play3. I saw this on the ordering website early last week. Not sure how you ordered them.

Didn't say anything to me about that on the site..
I also dislike the way they changed to Dealer Store...Uglied it up.
Still love Sonos though.
I didn't get a pop up or anything when I ordered...Do you normally get something that pops up if they're out of stock?

yeah it was in big red that the play 3's were out of stock next to the product, Had to go to Target and buy 5 play 3's shipment arrives at the end of the week so ill take em back then!
Their new dealer store is really bad, I mean backwards instead of forward. Im still really pissed that they closed down the east coast shipping facility 9 days to get an order (if ordered on monday) is ridiculous.

The Target in my area had plenty of them. LOL! Yeah and Best Buy has a stock pile of those Samsung TV's and Denon receivers....Oh and I make less money on both of those products we sell on every job. I prefer to install products that make the customer happy and cause me less headaches. If a customer can't afford Savant, they get Sonos.

The dealer store failed the last time I used it with errors on the page and the circle of death. It worked after I changed a couple of things in that were not exact in the billing and shipping fields. These were fine for the last store setup, but not this new one.
Shipping only from the West coast is what kills me. I hate stocking product, but that is what I am doing.

Never any problems for me ordering from Sonos. I acutualy like their Dealer Portal. I can check inventory, check shipping, invoices, past orders, etc. Under each Sku, it will tell you whether something is BO'd or not. What we have found is if we have two of each sku, and about 5 bridges at all times, then we can usually turn inventory and order more about once a week or more. We always make sure we have some in stock. We used to just keep one piece in stock so we could show the interface, but it has become more beneficial to have everything and demo everything.
