I had to help him out. Check out the comment I left here:

I've seen a few comments/complaints and a few hours later they're gone. I think yours stuck since it was actually helpful advice :)

Hmm, do these guys even use keystone jacks and inserts?

Typical craigslist installer really, give him some tooless keystone jacks and just maybe he can figure it out, if you give him a punch down for networking you mite have to call an ambulance lol.

I've had some close calls with my punchdown tool.

I placed an add on Craigslist for an installer/helper to see what kind of responses I got. I did get quite a few resumes. One of them I recognized the email address. He is a guy pushing $79 TV hangs in the inappropriately names section, "Skilled Trade" (inappropriate for him at least)

I'm thinking of getting a t shirt for this guy. You can see it right now at [Link: tshirthell.com] until they run out of them. (IT at this site is very clever and I can't work out a way to import the image here.)

It shows a pit bull cocking his ear and has the caption "I'm so high only dogs can hear me."

So fitting for this installer!
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

These arent so bad if you take into consideration that EVERY one of these "homes" must be on wheels. They HAVE to be!

No, wait, even a single wide deserves better.

hahaha. Usually when someone does something 8x's a day for a year, they get good at it. Not this crew. They seem to be getting worse.

This one might be my favorite.

Some people just want the cheapest service they can possibly get.

I think I threw up in my mouth a little bit...
