He definitely isnt doing it on the side. It's his fulltime gig. Now, he's busy, thats the crazy part. He has people tripping over themselves to get a TV hung for $119. They just can't be scared away.

My clients would sh*t a brick if I laid my tools on their dressers.

I could hold a entry level CI training course just using this guys pictures as what NOT to do. Every single picture contains at least one classic error from tools to equipment and even etiquette.

Sad part is, Im the guy that says there is a market for all levels of work in this industry. Not every client is a 6 figure+ job. There are guys doing very well selling hang and bang and there is a market need for that. More power to them. However, this guy is selling the lowest possible level of craftsmanship under the guise of quality and TAKING PICTURES OF IT LIKE HES PROUD even though he has never learned to improve his trade.

You can hardly see the oversized bracket sticking out from each side of the TV.

I find it really hard to see any problem with that bracket. I'm blinded by the astounding ugliness of the wall.

That's what I'd call a foe finish.

Nice that the picture hanger above the TV is still a nice clean shade of brass, though.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

All comments on Facebook, Craigslist (his favorite advertising site), Linked In, etc, etc. WILL be deleted unless they are favorable.

Pictures that show these ridiculous, sloppy, things in his installations WILL be corrected via Photoshop or some other program, so his work doesn't look so totally horrendous (takes him a bit to do this though).

His clients (suckers) have no idea how bad their install will be, as I bet he'll show those pictures, and tell potential clients "This is how all the professionals do it"....

I thought that could have been the reason too, until I saw this:

Maybe the client wants a sore neck :)
