Want to confirm what size mount this TV requires. Went to Samsung's site and it is not listed anywhere. Opened up a live chat session and I asked the question and the chat agent asked, "you mean screw size?"
Can anyone confirm what size bolt pattern it uses?

Wow. Downloaded the manual. It's an online manual for the end user. That is, once the TV has magically removed itself from the carton, has independently jumped up onto the wall, and has removed its batteries from the little plastic bag and put them into the remote, this manual starts to be useful.
In the google search I noted that it's a Costco model. Go to a Costco and measure the screw spacing. I don't know whether I'm being serious or sarcastic here, but: if Costco has the TV, they surely have a mount that's perfect for it and they would know which one to use... not that you want that brand. Hey -- look up the TV on Costco's website to see if they mention which mount to use!
Look up an older Samsung manual, find the illustration showing the hole pattern, then call Samsung back, have the tech look up that page, and tell him that's what you need for this model.
I'm out of ideas.

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything. "The biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place." -- G. “Bernie” Shaw |

I've installed a UN60D6500VF for a client last year and it was a vesa 400x400.
I know it's better to find the right specs of the panel you wish to install but, maybe the info I gave you will help.

You may be right. I do remember last years model was the same as the 46" offering, which I believe was 400X400 also
