In all seriousness the Business Plan for me will be focused on service contracts and networking.
Networking is my weakest area of knowledge.

My goals include more high end networking solutions, more Just Add Power, no more Lutron (Electricans are killing me), No more free trips back to a clients house because they cant figure out how to switch inputs and they are too cheap to buy a real remote, and I would like to win the lottery so I can finally afford the cool stuff I install all day.

Mike Me too. Here's a good read. [Link: t.co]Oh, and just as we started getting comfy with Lutron, it dawned on me that most people in my PSP class were electricians. And a lot of the people on the Opportunity Tour were HW dealing electricians doing some huge installs. I'm finding it SO hard to get into lighting because we keep getting screwed over by electricians who don't know what they're doing. And it's 9000 apprentice hours to get your EC license here. Frig man. :(
