Under the TV, are those different kinds of inputs the TV so you can use it to test equipment?
You got it I am so jealous of your setup. Would LOVE to have that kind of space. I have a Ford E150. It's ok, but the crawling in and out is definitely a pain, and results in stuff getting tossed in at the end of jobs too often. I don't know that I could go with a trailer around here. I drive on the Merritt Parkway here in Connecticut almost daily and trailers are not allowed. Yeah, no good on parkways, fortuneately there are other highways and experessways.... Im with you on hating the van, crawling in and out definitely wears you down

So....Brandon......whatcha gonna do?
I'm leaning to a high room NV. I'll keep y'all posted. The trailer would probably win. But I have no place to store it and towing it in winter on country roads that may not be plowed is less than appealing.
Actually I suppose I can add a trailer to the NV later. That would work....

Actually I suppose I can add a trailer to the NV later. That would work.... most storage facilities have an area where people can park trailers, boats, dune buggies etc for a minimum fee, most are gated with 24/7 access and surveillance, thats what I did with my old trailer and worked out really nice. Now the house thats right across the street from me is foreclosed and abandoned so I just park my van and soon to be trailer over there. the NV is awesome, dont get me wrong. Im 6'3" and crawling in/out of it has gotten really really old, not to mention im out of space. My only regret is not getting the hightop & GPS. Go with the V6 it has more then enough power! Im going to be getting a trailer, 6x14 tandem axel with rear ramp door, ladder rack/ladder and brakes. Im ordering it without any interior plywood so i can run the wires for electrical (they wanted $1,100 for electrical alone) 16" on center side framing and 12" on center floor framing...$3100 bucks out the door :) Cannot wait to deck this thing out! im going to keep my van until the lease is up, selling the mini though..after the lease is up ill decide if i want to keep the van or just get a jeep/truck to pull it with.

Cool! Post pics... Why the ramp door instead of barn doors?

My uncle had 2 of his race cars (57 chevy and dragster) parked in one. Both were inside locked trailers. Both were stolen at the same time when someone cut the fence down and drove off with them. Their surveillance? 31 cameras and no recording devices.

When you go talk to them bring your tablet and show them how the DVR you sell works and then trade out with them at full retail plus labor. Win win for everyone.

Well, Im actually going to be installing some aftermarket trailer door locks, plan on doing a DSC basic "security system" and i have a wirepath camera and a DVR that I ripped out of a house, ill hide the DVR in the wall..Im also going to place a solar panel on the roof to charge the battery to keep the DVR running. I really dont plan on lettering the trailer either. Just Bought this generator for the trailer off craigslist, Contractor was going out of business and was totally hammered out of his mind when i showed up, had it offered for $500 and i walked out of there with it for $200 cash..no joke :) only 15 hours on the generator [Link: powerequipment.honda.com]I wanted the ramp door because its easier walking in and out also rolling racks/dollys. In my old trailer I had the barn doors and really disliked that alot. May the sweet trailer wars begin :) I am so excited over this trailer!! i cannot wait :) Half the fun is building this out, I love doing stuff like this

Looking forward to the trailer wars...I have a feeling there's going to be some long nights and considerable expense going into this :-)

it was always in the way! its big and clunky. it requires more space behind to lower. if you just need to grab something quickly out of the back it was so easy to just swing one open. its just like everything else, to each is own!!! im just jealous of how freaking nice zohans trailor is on the inside!!!!! i have never been able to keep mine like that. it is that clean one or two days a month, the days right after i clean it out!

I don't like barn doors. Even the ones with counterweights are a pain in the ass.
You figure you'll loose or have to account for additional 6 feet just for the door, plus walking room.
For me the worst thing was that in my neck of the woods construction sites are dirt and mud. Door on the ground means dirt on the seals, dirt/mud on the door itself.
As for rolling dollies, yes, it will be nice, I just don't know if its worth it. I mean you gonna have to move some things here and there anyways, just carry the box the extra 7-8 feet to the outside of the trailer.
Oh, yea, and if you park in tight spaces or in the city, you'll never the the room to lower the ramp.

They must have different barn doors down in New Mexico than in the rest of the world.
