Imagine a customer calling you, "Hey I am not getting any input on HDMI 1" your response can be "It was working when I was there sorry"

It is a lot more serious than a tv not switching to the right input. Chances are the leak is not bad enough to cause an explosion.....this time. If it was, and someone exploded their kitchen because of negligence, there would be bigger problems than rolling a truck to fix a stupid mistake.

It was probably a bad connection that caused the gas leak.

The 'do not re-use connection line' bit is probably just a manufacturer CYA thing.

We would love to. Funny how most calls relating to not being able to watch TV are just as dire as a gas leak. You'd think the world was going to end.
