"Burt P. Flickinger III, managing director of retail consulting firm Strategic Resource Group, said he believes the partnership will benefit both Target and Best Buy.
"It is a very smart and strategic initiative for both retailers," Flickinger said. "It benefits Target because Target sells more high-end consumer electronics."
Yeah, old Burt's playing it a bit fast and loose with the term "high end"...

I'm not sure I have ever seen anything "high end" in a target store.

I was once looking for some Halloween decorations in November since I figured they would be on sale. They were located up high on the top shelf at the far end of the store. Does that count?

Translation:
Best Buy can't figure out how to correct their business model in this ever changing economical climate. Rather than waste anymore time at their company they will try and squeeze a few dollars from other stores before the real layoffs begin.

this is the beginning of the end guys! kind of doesnt make sense either because they just layed off 650+ GS employees. Best Buy is desperate, they somehow think installation is going to save them.
To tell you the truth I would like to see the figures at target, with installations paired with purchases i have no doubt its minuscule!
Who the hell even purchases TV's from target anyway?
