I work for Physics Systems LLC, an web based automation control company. Our platform is very robust, offering features like UPnP. Just imagine drivers that can fully control Sonos. I am an installer by trade, but have been pushed more into sales. I am Looking for suggestions that would interest dealers, and people in the trade to choose our system. Please respond with any feedback. PDF [Link: physicssystems.com]

It's becoming less about the ability to control something like SONOS than developing real relationships with companies, developing drivers that not only control something but encompasses all the features that our clients desire. UPnP limits a lot of companies at this time, but the major players in this environment that allow for private development are Crestron, AMX, RTI, Savant, Control 4, Command Fusion, Bitwise, and some other IOS based systems. Even Pronto still has a presence in the market.

Suggestion: change your thread title to reflect your actual subject. Most threads could actually be called "Looking for suggestions," meaning your title is meaningless.
Suggestion: don't join this forum, then ask us to send you intelligence, for free, to some other site. Have the decency to ask us for answers here where we can all share in the discussion. It's called a forum because we expect to discuss here.
What do you mean by automation control? That means lots of things. Please be more specific as to what you do or intend to control.
"Just imagine drivers that could control Sonos" is likewise very vague. Pin down the type of controller you have in mind: handheld, pad, PC app, smart phone app...
Now that I reread your post, it seems that the "suggestions that would interest dealers, and people in the trade to choose our system" would be for you to stop being vague, but tell us details of what you do.
See my signature. The first half. That came from thousands of discussions where there was not enough information to be really helpful.
Someone once said he wanted a shelf "about this wide." He was irritated when I got out a tape measure to see how far apart he was holding his hands. See, I coudln't make a shelf without it being some particular dimension, from some particular material; once this was defined it was possible to proceed. At some point things have to go from general to specific. You might be surprised at how well you can figure out the general stuff when to work to be specific.

Well you could start by telling us how your system actually works? All I see on your site is one of those we are Gods among men sort of promo videos, then there is a PDF showing a rack mount chassis and a smaller box that does what ever, along with some example screen shots of control pages that honestly look rather typical from my experience.
Is this a strictly IP based control set up, how do you handle IR or serial control. What makes your system better than RTI, Crestron, Control4 or even URC? Is this system entirely dependent on iPad and iphone as controllers?
Pretend you are in a court room and we are the judges, Just tell us in detail what your system does without the advertising fluff.
Details man details!

Could we maintain your system if you went out of business, or does it require proprietary parts?

Most importantly, have you paid for the privilege of promoting your company and product on RC?

Your site is not only vague, it is pretty basic. I would expect a tech company manufacturing control systems to maintain a professional looking site. No offense, but I look at your site and can't help but think, "Claude, is that you"

Yes. We support many off the shelf hardware.
Global cache. Most Serial Cards, and USB serials. Tira2 and Global cache for IR devices. IP devices is a given.

Your GUI is very basic looking. Most guys on the site with design experience already make buttons. You need to kick that up about 5 levels
