Have a customer that has an old Pioneer Elite that "he" says the video switcher box is bad. Pioneer wants $600.00 to replace it. I tried to connect a DVI cable directly to the monitor but no pic, just the red and green leds alternating. I'm not sure if this would even work on a good set. I know now days it usually doesn't pay to repair, but just seeing if anyone has a connection for a switcher box or any other ideas. I'm looking at maybe getting it for hanging his new set, and trying to repair it (if it's worth it). I'd love to put it up in my garage!!

You are in LA so you might have a shot at this so I would call all the local repair shops that repair Pio plasmas and see if they have an old box for sale or might repair your box for less than $600.00. You might even check here on RC.
