Client needs to order DirecTV H25 unit, but DTV keeps (as in twice already) sending him other model numbers. Upon calling, they claim that there is no way to specify the model, only functionality, as in DVR, HD, standard.
Where can he, or I purchase H25 and activate it once installed?
When I was independent DTV installer, I called Perfect10 (disty for DTV) and ordered exactly what I wanted. Since DTV is stupid and dropped me as a dealer (I didn't do enough new activations for them), I'm now just an end user to them.
