I wish they had a smaller size, for my kids. I still can't get behind $500 for their own dedicated iPad. Plus, a 7" size would be more suited for them.
We did get our 7y/o a Fire for Christmas. The main reason is for her to read on, and it is easier for her to take to my parents to spend the night. She took to the android tablet easier than i did. But it still isn't the iPad.
On the subject of kids, does anyone have recommendations for apps for kids? Ages are 3 and 7.
