I am with Motech on this one. Mac support is a must. I dont even have one (yet, Mac Mini coming soon) but all but one of my clients has at least one Mac computer at home. Every Client I have come across but one has an Apple portable device.

Many do have some PC but they are mostly for their Jobs/ businesses.

I just set one up and it was a breeze. Only issue I had was setting up the dyndns for it. But after I hopped on Snaps website they give a good alternative to the dyndns.org not giving out freebies anymore.

We recently completed our 1st Wirepath system using the 500 series bullets and the 8 channel DVR. The only problem we had (that was time consuming) was opening ports on the 2 Wire Bell router/modem. The picture quality is excellent; the client UI is very easy to use. I'm quite satisfied with the product. Will be using this as our go to now that I've seen it in action. Hopefully they will add a PTZ to the line up soon.
Note: When logging in, the UI sometimes crashes on the 1st try but I think this is an IE problem because I've seen it happen with other systems.
