Anybody know a good website/company/resource to make custom made company shirts with a logo and some text?

Find a local company and support your brother small businessman.

I have had a few referrals over the years from the company that has done my graphics and shirts, enough to have paid for all the work I've had him do. It may cost a little more up front, but it's worth it in the long run.

Couldn't agree more. This is the type of purchase that has a benefit being local. You can try on shirts, see sample, and actually talk to people. Would refer you to my guy if you were local. Just had about 30 shirts/hats done for around $400 which including the first time digitization fee of $90.

Found my guy on Yelp with like 80 x 5 star reviews.

Yeah, Local is best! My local embroidery/T-shirt place is beyond awesome!

I dont buy much but because i was reffered to them by a company that buys 100's of shirts from them per month i get their discount. I get awesome Polos made with my logo for $17 a pop.

Ask them about these. This are the absolute best polos i could ever image. They are loose enough to allow you to work in but also clean and professional when you need to do a consultation/service call. These also are very cool (literally) to wear especially on hot days the vents are nice.

The only time i wear a company T-Shirt is if im doing something really dirty like pre-wires are ALOT of drywall

Its not that great of picture but you get the idea (forgive the floor too) lol

I have a local shop that does kick ass work. I'm sure you do as well
Ed will be known as the Tiger Woods of the integration business, followed closely with the renaming of his company to "Hotties A/V". The tag line will be "We like big racks and tight holes"...

I think the better question is - what make of t-shirt do you recommend? We got some Outer Banks polo's that are average at best after a couple of wears.

My Polos are American Apparel. Love them.

Also, took my guy a few dress casual shirts and golf shirts to have the logo put on. Good for meeting on and off the golf course.

Definitely find local. My Guy charged $50 to digitize. After that it is $5 to embroider my logo on any shirts, sweatshirts or jackets. He will embroider stuff I bring in or sell me the shirts. I did some jackets recently that I bought at Burlington Coat Factory. I brought them in and he had them back to me in three hours.

I've been using Queensboro shirt company and they have been great to deal with. I'd like to use someone local, but the last time I compared prices, the local guys were 3x to 4x the cost on the finished goods and wanted a minimum of $50 to digitize the logos which made for a steep opening order.

There is a $2.97 Tshirt offer going on right now with NO charge to digitize your logo which makes for a really cheap, "try it out" order. They also let you mix and match on logo items so you don't have to order a bunch of identical shirts, you can order any size or color in the same group for no extra charge.

I have had an issue with the logo stitching on one shirt. I called and they sent me a new one without any issues.

You know that feeling you get when you are sitting down with your customer, and he whips out his iPad and compares your equipment prices to Amazon...

If I was in Wilmington, North Carolina, I would seriously consider using them. Since I'm not, I think I'll keep my money in my local economy.

Check with 39 Cent Stamp. He dabbles in that stuff. If not, John Parker with Parker Promotional items here in Atlanta hooked me up with a better price than the mom and pop shops. Look I have no problem going local whenever possible but if the vendor isn't aware of the pros/cons of the various fabrics and name brand manufacturers then you have to go with someone who isn't going to sell you a piece of junk shirt that fades or falls apart after a couple of washes...

So I guess you buy only books from mom and pop book stores, shop only in local grocery stores and never eat in a chain restaurant?

I've dealt with the local guys and QB does a much better job, at a much lower price with better customer service and ease of use. Yes, I'd rather use the local guys but i'm not paying 3x/4x more for less.

I have a friend in Milwaukee who does screening, so that is who does anything I need done.

If / when we do any more IP shirts, I want to let him do them for us.
(except the party shirts, Greg always buys those)
