Has anyone had any issues with the company lately? I'm not getting a hold of anyone, no return calls, and my distributor says they are not going to be able to get me a 52" TV that I had on order. Sounds like they are going to not rep them anymore but they did not come out and say that. Strange?

Emailed Joe Pantel just before CEDIA. Had a client looking for a 65 and they had one in stock. I was surprised not to see them on the floor. Was supposed to get an updated price list from them, but never got it. [email protected]

I got parts from them a couple weeks ago. No issues.

I'm Not an engineer, but I play one on TV.
My handle is Tweety but I have nothing to do with the organization of similar name. I just had a really big head as a child so folks called me tweety bird. |

I'm try to speculate anything but it gets pretty frustrating when trying to get stuff installed that originally I was told that would be available in July (I understand mfg delay's as I'm an RTI dealer :)). Then to get a call from the distributor saying they simply aren't going to place the order and have nobody answering the phone. I haven't left a bunch of messages so maybe it's on me. But when I get to the point where I have to do that then it really doesn't make the relationship worth wild IMO.

We're listed as a dealer on their website.... We've gotten a couple calls from people (totally unrelated to us) asking if we know of any status on Pantel as they are not getting calls back or product they are owed (already paid for.) Apparently there are a bunch of people out there who are REALLY ticked off at Pantel right now.
really a bummer since they've been a great company to work with.
