I tried to go to Snap's website but I get an error so I asssume that their website is down. I know they are based in North Carolina so that may be the reason they are down....

They are here in Charlotte and we have nothing but blue skies. So I don't think there's any issues with SnapAV as related to the hurricane.

I got a bunch of crap from a local distributor stating the owner (Jay Faison) was expanding his current AV install business and undercutting the Unilateral Pricing Policy. I thought it was a pretty odd comment and I know how the industry hates Snap but was curious to see if any ran up against that issue. Yes the value of the dollar has been outsourced but Snap isn't the only company doing it in this industry.

Drew, Snap will promptly cut off the seller for 30 days for the violiation. However, I "think" they need a copy of an invoice to customer showing violation. Also, maybe the sellers is getting product sideways? dont know.

Jay sold his AV install business I believe, so I think he is in the distribution/manufacturing biz only. So more proof the guy is yankin your chain in desperate effort to save his own biz.
