I was wondering if I can connect Xantech 789-44 IR output to IR Input ports of Oppd BDP 93 and Anthem MRX-700.
My other option is to use IR flashers. I know that will probably work but I want to avoid using them if I can.

Yes and yes, but it was a good idea to ask.

Some IR input ports are designed to supply power to an IR sensor, not just to be connected to a hot and a ground. Plugging the proper Xantech cable (see last post) into one of those might work, or might not.

The issues are two. First, a jack meant to power a sensor will have three connections, so the proper plug for other inputs will short something out. Second, it's likely that, to avoid shorts like that, the power will be on the tip connection, sending power back to the 78944. That won't damage anything, but will lock up the IR system.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
