My wife is away and trying to download a couple movies from the itunes store so our friend's kid won't go nuts on the 5 hour drive home tomorrow. She rented two movies and the download is stuck. Every trick I've read online doesn't work. I even used teamviewer on the laptop where she is staying and signed in to her itunes store account, checked every setting, checked for downloads, etc, and nothing. Check for available downloads just gives you a quick loading bar then disappears like nothing happened. The movies don't show up on the ipod or in iTunes.

Anybody know any secret tricks? I'm afraid to play around in iTunes with her account because I don't want to screw up the existing iTunes stuff that is on that computer.

Did I mention I hate iTunes?
