Client is streaming some Pandora and says afterwards, the router in their office needs rebooting to browse the internet.

I believe it's a decent consumer router/ap. I have a feed to a POE switch at the rack, that is a Pakedge. Done it before with no hitch... anything I should look for?

TIA.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

So is the customer saying that all devices attached to the router are affected or just the device he's using to stream? Seems logical that if he has to reboot the router and not the device that all attached devices would be affected AND that they should be affected while streaming is happening.
