Good question. Wonder if there is such an animal, or we should just count on using a socket. Leviton should do there.

Parts like this meet IP67 ratings for outdoor/weatherproof use:

Many times the devices will provide the weatherproof seal so a standard RJ45-type end can be used...Pakedge WAP-03G comes to mind if you are familiar with that.

In our case, this time using the cable mentioned above, it was merely for gate control so it was pulled from an indoor enclosure containing a crestron DIN-AP2, thru conduit underground, to a junction box in a stable and then traveled via more underground conduit to its final destination at the sealed gate control panel.
