Having issues on my own personal system and wanted so feedback from the forum. I am definitely not a networking guru first off. Have not heard these complaints in other Prodigy system installs.
Summary: 1) Wifi Range seems somewhat limited on my Linksys E2500 Router. This may not necessarily impact the Crestron gear but I am wondering if it is more of an interference issue (see below).
2) One KPLEX will spontaneously turn of that zone of lighting and if the switch is toggled, it will not come back on. If I go to the PTL4 to toggle the lights back on or off, the KPLEX will mysteriously work again. Also PCBDEX (set as lighting control in this instance) will turn off my living rooms lights and respond in a manner similar to the KPLEX in that it won't function.
Any one experiencing these same issues or have tips?

What channel is the router's wifi set to? What channel is the EX gateway set to?
Have you looked at the 2.4Ghz spectrum with any tools like wi-spy? If so whats the environment look like?
Lastly, have you called Crestron to see if its RF or just a bad switch?
