I use a lot of corporate PCs that come preconfigured with IE and it's bing for search engine.
While researching a product from another thread [Link: remotecentral.com], I tried to search for images for MC200 cctv tester.

This is what Bing found. Yeap, zilch, zero.
Hmm, that's interesting...
This is what Google found with same input criteria.

It's fricken amazing how bing is still around.

BTW, the only reason I even tried to search is this POS search engine, is because I don't have admin rights to change default search engine, and I'm used to highlighting text on the page and right-clicking, and selecting search with...

End rant.

Gee, it looks like someone has made Bing stop using google to search! [sorry, I don't have a reference for the article, but I heard about it here.]

Show this search to someone at your client's place. State on your invoice that you will not be responsible for the performance of any system with Bing as its search engine. If they can't find it, the system doesn't work. Period.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Yeah, I remember that article. Where some guys from Google created some fake results pages using random letter keywords with specific results that had nothing to do with the keyword entered. Eventually, the same fake results pages showed up on Bing.
