is it too early to sign up ?
my partner and i just did. . . earliest I've ever signed up.

excited. wish it were back in denver though.
never been to indy - anyone? good hotels?
we will be booking those soon as well.

also do we need to rent a car or does it have decent mass transit like atlanta did?

who's going? lets grab a drink (unless you have an android phone ; )

just realized we registered just in time to still pay the $30 reg fee instead of the $50 thats its going up to in 3 days from now!

No mass transit to speak of but once you're downtown plenty of restaurants, clubs, etc. in walking distance.
For hotels I like Embassy Suites for a free BIG breakfast and it is attached to a Panera plus several more restaurants (PF Changs, Weber Grill, Ruth's Chris) within 50 - 75 yards. Not too far to the convention center either.

Edit - a couple of bars nearby as well.
They call me the "Thread Killer". Just watch!

ok we booked the omni severin which is supposedly connected to the convention center.

we are flying out on sept 11th! shit . .


edit- still deciding on hotel

edit - yup the omni.

4th for me. Still a kid in in a candy store every time. I cannot wait for the doors to open and wait a year plus for most of the products that make it to reality.

I've been before.  (But I'll still be amazed).  The techs that are coming have been there before except for our wire puller.  He's a virgin.  Probably in more ways than one.  :).

I will be there, my first CEDIA Expo experience. Plan on hitting up a bunch of classes and checking out the cool booths. I will be there on my personal dime but I hear ADI throws a heck of a party. Anyone going?
