Best jeans ever.

But they make your butt look huge, don't you hate that?  Maybe Crestron should make a line of jeans, blue is their color.

Actually its more of a plan for the worst, hope for the best. I sell my clients on the fact Crestron is a blank tablet that I can make customized to their wants and needs. I plan on and bill for writing everything out from scratch. If I can find things to speed the process up thats a bonus, if not Im not out anything. I only count on Crestron for Hardware, thats what their warranties cover. I take care of the software. It my responsibility to make sure it all works, and they can use it.

But thats just me, maybe Im wrong and I should adopt your philosphy.

I understand your philosphy and I hold the same opinion to a point. Customer satisfaction is the goal, however, we are in a very competitive market and in order to get the jobs, sometimes, a Systembuilder programming job is the most cost effective way to get the project.

We all know that Systembuilder has its limitations; we all know that Systembuilder is a failure in some respects; but some projects can be done faster in SB, if it works. In this case, the weather module is a failure and for me to spend the time fixing Crestron's problems costs me money. I refuse to do that.

Just talked to Crestron and was told the same thing either tomorrow or Friday for the new release. Hopefully they get everything fixed with it and not just the negative number problem. I mean when it is sunny out and it is showing thunderstorms (like today) with a 0% chance of preipitation, or the temp is set to Celcius but the text at the bottom of the current temp page displays in Farenheit.

I was in advanced systembuilder class two weeks ago and the weather module worked perfectly. I had read this post while there and changed to celsius with no issues.

Were you in an area that had a negative celsius temperature? It does work fine if you are in the positives but once you get below zero you start to see the problem as G-Man has nicely posted pictures of. I have it on our showroom iPad app with updated software (yesterday) and still the same problem.

Don't even bother with that. Just download the files directly.

I am about 10% success rate with Master Installer, seems like the only time it works is when I am on the phone with True Blue... lol
