Guys, I'm doing a basement remodel where I need onwall-inwall speakers for a 1.1" Samsung TV. The TV is on a bearing wall, I'm thinking about using the Artison Masterpiece speakers. Cutting studs and installing a header for a center channel is less than ideal. I've used Left/Right in-walls and then set the Receiver to do a phantom center. Are the Artison's with their mono centers in each of the left /right speakers a better idea?
Thanks in Advance AL

I just installed a pair and they sound very nice. The grills are really fragile and they do know about it, so they changed the type of plastic on the newest ones. If you do use these and the grills break, call tehm and they'll ship new ones as soon as they can.
BTW- the center channel on each is 16 Ohms, so there's no impedance problems from wiring them parallel.

My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder." |
