We fired one before she did this, but she got refired again: She called the store and got a salesperson who didn't know her. She said she had an account with us and that she needed some work done right away. We all got a laugh when the salesman put her on hold and said "I didn't know we had accounts with people" and the boss said "Having a several hundred dollar unpaid balance for three years does NOT constitute having an account!"
Yup, fired. She got no joy.
Had something similar a few years back.
Client refused to pay a remaining balance. Client's wife called asking for a service call and I explained to her that her husband would have to be the one calling in for any service on the system.
He called in and I scheduled a Monday appointment to meet him personally for the service call, explaining that his wife probably wouldn't understand what may be needed.
I blew the appointment off.
He called all po'd that I didn't show.
I gave some lame excuse and had im re-schedule for the next Monday.
I blew it off once again.
He calls and is REALLY po'd this time.
Again, I give him some lame excuse and convinced him to re-schedule once again for the next Monday.
I blew the appointment off again.
He calls, and I can tell he's about to pop a blood vessel. Asks me if I intend to actually show up.
That's when I told him. "For a CEO of a large company you sure are a stupid f***."
Never heard back....
