I have a customer who's receiver got locked up on a firmware update it's been stuck at 73% for 45 minutes. Is it OK to reset the receiver? Or will it brick the unit? Anyone else run into this issue before? Integra is closed for the day & the guy is trying to use the receiver tonight. The model number is DTR 70.1.
