Sounds like they want to charge people so the installer shows up on time. If they really want to do this, they're gonna have to do some major training, ASAP. Obviously, they're not all bad but some are really clueless. They need to tell these guys to leave our stuff connected the way it was when they got there, too. When they insist on getting creative with the existing cabling, it's bad for everyone.
They advertise it as "It's like having your own installer".
