Can anyone help out? I'm trying to help a customer find panels to cover up speakers next to a screen we're putting up. It's a 110" 16:9 and we're putting the front left and rights next to the screen along with the grilles from a Velodyne SC-IW on each side. So in theory we'd like to have a panel on either side that is cut to the same height as the screen. We'll make the frame, but I need some input on places that provide decorative and/or custom printed materials.

Call these guys. They carry the Guilford of Maine fabric, the frame, and it looks like they have custom printing options.

I've personally never tried the custom printing but I've ordered fabric, frames, and panels from them.

Just about any fabric you can see light through will work. I hope you are using something with an eq in it.
