I am posting on Videogone(sp?) later but I have a client who has a 1 1/2 year old 60 inch Kuro that he wants to sell. The TV is in mint condition but his business failed and now has his TV up for sale. Any other websites you guys might recommend to sell the TV?

For a used TV? Even if it is mint, it is still used. Cant I get a new Panny Pro 65" for less than that?

Hey,
I am the messenger. At this point I am going to tell him if I have any offers. I am helping him sell it and am not making a dime...

I understand. It just drives me nuts when people go, "but I paid XXXX for it". Yeah, but now its used, and prices on new stuff have dropped. Ask if he will take $500

Got one in my store hiding behind a vision art piece. If I had to sell it, I'd be happy to get $1500.00, it's a pig of tv, must weigh about 100pd boxed, so add at least a hundred to ship it. Good luck...

I have one brand new with a cracked screen if someone needs parts. I think it is a PDP-6020HD.

Just because they don't make them anymore, doesn't make them worth some sort of premium.

It's just a TV set.
It's 1-1/2 years old.
It will be sold at a great loss.

But ...

It's a Kuro.
It's only 1-1/2 years old.

So ...

He'd be an idiot to sell it.

Here is one on Ebay that is a year old and the guy wants $2,500. So far highest bid is $600 but he claims someone came close before: [Link: cgi.ebay.com]

I would think ebay would be the best place to sell it. Unless of course he wants only $500 for it in which case, I will buy it :D.

Me too. We delivered a Pioneer Elite 50" and a kid threw a toy into the glass less than a month later. We could not get another KURO, so now he has a Sharp SE LCD. The 50" Elite KURO is in my stock room because I cant bring myself to trash it, It's still beautiful to me.
