Just snooping around, trying to find a safe place to park your average wand style remote on the cardio machines. My customers need to put them somewhere other than the machines "ledge" that is too small or the built-in cup holder that's too shallow and has a big hole in the bottom.
Just a deep, skinny basket (something light) that could be modified with an omnidirectional mount, clamp, and a Crown Royal bag stuffed in the bottom could do the trick if there isn't something better out there....
Thoughts? Bueller?

There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far. |

Can I see that from another angle? If there isn't at least 1/2 roll of duct tape, you gonna have to answer for that...

I use RTI U1's or U2's, depending on needed functionality. I find that once on the treadmill, volume and mute are really all that is used, so typically U1's work great.
They both come with wall clips that are easy to mount to the treadmill's "dashboard".

better stay outta my way then :) I'm not staying out of anyones way, but when you do hit a pedestrian or someone on a bike, you're going to have a hard time arguing anything in court with that dashboard full of corrupting evidence. I hope you use that thing wisely, but seeing as you appear to be a Packers fan, I'm assuming theres not much intelligence there to begin with. ;)

I use my laptop as a gps and to listen to pandora when driving. The gps responds to voice commands. When stopped I use it as a mobile office. Besides, I'm too busy doing my makeup and texting to play with the laptop when driving.

Thoughts? Bueller? My wife's eliptical doesn't have a tray like a lot of treadmills do, so we used velcro strips on the back of the remote and attached it to the front of the eliptical's control/display box, and that works pretty well for us.

Besides, I'm too busy doing my makeup and texting to play with the laptop when driving. No soapbox here, I really just wanted to get in a cheap-shot to you being a Packers fan. But they did shellac the Bears as they should have so I will bow down to that. If you use that setup responsibly, then right on. The problem is that your part of the 1% of this country that can responsibly handle that type of thing. I never would have batted an eye at that sort of thing in the past, until I was involved in a party I didnt want to be in, when a texting woman decided to run a red and have a 30mph dance with me and my mountain bike. Just like everything else, the wreckless ruin for the responsible. That is a nice field office though and just thinking back how a few years ago something like that on our nations sub-par wireless networks would have made it more of a hassle than a blessing is somewhat sobering..
