Yes. I meant it the way I wrote it. Client has an office building built as a guest house down the hill from his house. He wants to be able to remote into the desktop from the house laptop.

They are on the same account but use separate modems. Could probably get cable between the 2 if needed.

He currently uses a Sonic Wall VPN from his home office to his other office and wants something similar from his home to his home office. Im confused by them being on the same account with different modems. I didnt check to see if IP was the same though Im sure they are not.

Any success?

VPN with Remote Desktop Protocol, Team Viewer, LogMeIn, any remote desktop service would work really?

We use LogMeIn and it has saved me hundreds of trips to the office to get something off the office PC.
